We process professional and business contact data (company name, name and role of the contact, address, phone, email, website), collected from public directories, industry registers, company websites and similar publicly accessible sources.
Data is processed solely to send B2B commercial communications about products relevant to the recipient's business. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in business-to-business direct marketing (Art. 6.1.f GDPR and Recital 47), in compliance with applicable Swiss law (nFADP and UCA). We carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and is not shared with third parties or transferred outside the European Union, except technical providers (e.g. the email-sending platform) acting as data processors.
You may object to the processing at any time and request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to alusky@alusky.eu. Every email also contains an immediate, free unsubscribe link.
